Our Gold Coast first floor condo is 2700 Sq Feet (one of the largest on the beach), and includes 5 Bedrooms, 3 baths. The home is between 22nd and 23rd Streets on Wesley Avenue, on the beach and boardwalk. Ocean City’s boardwalk ends at 23rd street with no commercial property higher than 14th street. This exclusive property is in the heart of Ocean City’s desirable Goldcoast area, with gorgeous beaches and comfort in a beautiful setting. Truly, the best of all worlds.
An island with 4 stools facings the ocean so you can watch the waves as you are eating your breakfast and having your morning coffee.
The property has two large decks, one in front and one in the back of the home. In addition the home has an outdoor shower, and a laundry room with pantry, sink and overflow extra refrigerator.
We supply 14 beach tags (need for those 12 years of age and older) for your stay, a pack-n-play, a gas grill, and parking for 4-6 cars (in addition street parking is available). 10 beach chairs will save you lots of room in your car.
Every bedroom has it’s own flat screen TV. This unit is perfect for multiple families as the master suite bedroom (and 2nd bedroom with queen and wetbar) & and bath can be closed off from the front 3 bedrooms and living area.
The master suite has a king size bed with fireplace and large bath featuring tile shower, jacuzzi tub, double sinks and bidet.

July/August: The OCNJ Boardwalk Trolley route goes right passed our property. The Boardwalk Trolley runs every 15 minutes from 5:00 pm to 12:00 midnight. Driver stops at every corner on the route (23rd street). Rates: Adult 1 way: $2.50, Adult All Day Pass: $4.00. Child under 4 feet one way: $1.50 , Child under 4 feet all day pass: $2.00. Babies in arms (under 12 month) free if they do not occupy a seat.
All rentals subject to a $500 refundable security deposit, $150 administrative processing fee, and $150 cleaning fee. Call or email for weekend or off-season pricing.
