1. Do your rentals come with beach tags?

Yes! Most of our rentals include complimentary beach tags for guests to use during their stay. Just be sure to return them before you check out so the next guests can enjoy them too.


2. Is parking included?

Absolutely. Each property comes with at least two designated parking spots—some even have garages or additional spaces. If you’re traveling with more than two vehicles, let us know and we can recommend nearby public lots or free street parking options.


3. Are linens and towels provided?

This varies by rental. Some properties include bed linens and bath towels, while others require you to bring your own or rent them. At Ocean City, NJ Beach Rentals we provide linen rentals and would be more than happy to supply everything you need! You can check out our rental list and prices here. We’ll let you know exactly what to expect in your confirmation email, so you can plan accordingly.


4. What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is typically at 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. If the property is available, we can occasionally accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs—just reach out and ask!


5. Do you allow pets?

We love furry friends, but not all of our properties are pet-friendly. Check the listing details or reach out to us directly if you’d like to bring a pet—we’ll point you to the best options.


6. How close are the rentals to the beach or boardwalk?

Many of our properties are just steps from the beach and boardwalk. We include the addresses of every listing so you can Google Earth and choose exactly how close you want to be.


7. Do you offer baby gear like cribs or high chairs?

Some rentals do! Let us know ahead of time if you’ll need anything for the little ones and we’ll do our best to accommodate—or connect you with a local baby gear rental service.


8. Is there WiFi and cable TV?

Yes! All of our rentals include free WiFi and most also offer cable or streaming TV. You’ll have everything you need to relax, unwind, or sneak in a little remote work (if you must).


9. What if something breaks or goes wrong during our stay?

We’re local and here to help. If you need assistance during your stay, just call or text us. We’ll respond quickly to resolve any issues and make sure you’re comfortable.


10. What are some fun local spots or must-do activities nearby?

Ocean City is packed with family-friendly attractions and local gems. Guests love biking on the boardwalk in the morning, grabbing donuts at Brown’s, and exploring Castaway Cove.
