Properties
Our spectacular OCNJ Beach rental properties will provide you with a memorable vacation. Our locations vary from beachfront condos on the Gold Coast to single family homes in the Gardens.
Our Ocean City NJ vacation rental properties range from 3 bedroom to 12 bedroom and can accommodate up to 36 people (12 bedroom property). Most come with lots of extra amenities including beach tags, beach chairs, gas grills, etc.

Rates
Each property has a different rate schedule week by week during peak summer weeks and off-season weekend rates.
There is a 2 night minimum stay off season and a 7 night minimum stay during peak weeks.
Our rental locations
Meet Maryellen Sheehan
Maryellen’s passion for real estate was born out of her experience as an Investor and Property Manager. When the real estate market crashed back in 2008, Maryellen took the opportunity to invest and turned the investment into a business venture which she manages today. During this process, she grew to understand and appreciate real estate from a practical and financial standpoint.
All properties are owned and/or managed by Maryellen Sheehan. Maryellen is a licensed real estate agent in both New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. She is currently an active member of Burlington Camden County Board of Realtors and Suburban West Realtor Board.
Maryellen’s goal is to provide exceptional customer service, clean properties with lots of amenities, and happy guests who want to return year after year.
