"Fantastic Rejuvenation! Our huge family has vacationed in Ocean City NJ for over 20 year and now that we have grown with marriages and grands during that period we needed more space. In our new summer home we found so much more than a larger space. It was warm, spacious, modern, relaxing, comfortable, near the boardwalk, shops, with escape areas to just chill. We all...5 months to 17 to 68 in age thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Already planning for 2020!!!"

"Amazing house for large family. Our family had a wonderful stay at this house. We had family members coming and going over the course of a few nights, but at the most, we were 15 adults and 2 children, and the house accommodated us comfortably. We had a very rainy stay, and the house was large enough that we could all hang out inside and be together without feeling like we were on top of each other. Maryellen was wonderful to work with and was very responsive when I had questions, even offering us a late checkout when I asked. I would love to rent from her again!"

"Beautiful house, great location! This house is beautiful and well equipped with everything you need! The living, dining, kitchen area is open and feels spacious for a larger group. The bedrooms, minus the master, feel a bit tight. But not a reason not to stay here. My only suggestion for improvement, would be to add more hooks in the bathrooms and bedrooms to hang towels. Our family, a crew of 13 had a wonderful week here! Maryellen was lovely and quick to respond to all questions!"

"Every year it gets better. I have been renting in Ocean City every summer for 8 years all but one year and this one was the best yet! I have 5 grown children, their partners and 3 grandchildren, plenty of room, everyone had their own bedroom, the elevator was awesome for moving in and out. It is in the heart of O.C."

"Perfect location. Everything here is as advertised. Location couldn't be more perfect as you are 2 blocks from the heart of the boardwalk one way and two blocks the other way to the shops on Asbury. We had 14 people and fit very comfortably. Clean and well maintained. We would definitely rent this again."

"The Bride & Groom were jealous..We booked this rental in lieu of the downtown Atlantic City hotel option for a wedding and let's just say the Bride & Groom were jealous! As we were a group of young adult couples, it was important for us to find a space that had a large common area, as well as enough private rooms. Among the many perks of the rental, the massive open floor plan between the kitchen and living room, 4+ bathrooms and large porch were excellent. AS other renters have mentioned, Maryellen was incredibly responsive and accommodating."

"Fantastic Beach House. This house is absolutely terrific for a variety of reasons. We were four couples and were able to spend a week together without being on top of each other. The location can't be beat and the house has plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, and umbrellas. Everything is in working condition and we had no issues at all. The owner of the property is wonderful. We would definitely rent this home again."

It’s right on the ocean and the nice thing about that is people can just go back-and-forth to the house throughout the day as opposed to the whole group of you going down en mass to the beach. All of the bedrooms are big, the beds are big. The bathrooms are nice. The patio look out the ocean is incredible and you’re two blocks to the start of the boardwalk. There’s a nice maybe 10 minute walk to a place to get ice cream after dinner.”

It’s right on the ocean and the nice thing about that is people can just go back-and-forth to the house throughout the day as opposed to the whole group of you going down en mass to the beach. "Location and Beautiful home.We choose this property because of the effect location. It’s close to the boardwalk and the beach. The place is very well planned out with plenty of room and comfort. The owner was very pleasant to communicate with and responded promptly. I highly recommend not only this property but also staying in OC. It’s a great family town. Do t forget to have breakfast at Uncle Bills pancake house. Enjoy!"

"We had a great week in OCNJ. The accommodations are spacious, comfortable and spotless. Plenty of room for the family to experience the jersey shore. We enjoyed the view from the balcony out front and the short walk to the beach area. The beaches are well maintained, and the atmosphere is very relaxed. The kids like to use their boogie boards in the surf. The boardwalk attractions are within easy walking distance, and we enjoyed walking and biking along the boardwalk. In the evenings I took the kids up the boardwalk to get a variety of treats including ice cream cookies, shaved ice, frozen custard and sundaes. We were also blessed with good weather all week. Overall, everyone seemed to have a very good time, and we have lots of pictures as well."

"Absolutely Amazing!! This is our third year staying in Ocean City for Labor Day weekend. Our home was just perfect and by far, our favorite place to stay. Such a great location. We loved sitting outside on any one of the three decks. The inside of the home was immaculate and the layout was perfect. The bedrooms were very spacious and it was great having TV's in all of the rooms. The kitchen was wonderful to prepare meals in. We also loved the fact that beach tags were provided as well as plenty of beach chairs. The garage was very large for us to be able to park two cars inside (back-to-back). All in all, it was a such a wonderful weekend and you can't beat the location.....just steps to the beach. Would definitely stay in this home again. Thank you Mary Ellen for being a great host with such an amazing home!!"

"A beautiful, very large and accommodating rental We had the best time at this rental. The space is enormous with enough sleeping options for four families with children of all ages. The decorations and furnishings were very nice and sturdy, much higher quality than typical rentals. And Maryellen is extremely lovely to work with! She is responsive, helpful and made the whole stay from booking to departure fabulous. The house was so wonderful we barely wanted to go to the beach, but when we did, it was so close and there were tons of beach chairs, wheelbarrows to carry beach goods, etc. We look forward to returning to this fabulous rental."

"This house is absolutely beautiful. My wife and I brought our 3 grandchildren to Ocean City for a week’s vacation. We had 4 bedrooms two bathrooms and an open concept kitchen and living area. There were great sand chairs and even boogie boards for the kids. Everything was very upscale. The location is outstanding. Actually, just a matter of steps to the wonderful boardwalk. Lastly, the realtor, Maryellen was truly excellent to work with. We will be back next summer."

"We had one hiccup when we first got to our beach home for the week. But within 30 minutes the owner and management were there to help and addressed all our concerns.The owner was so friendly and truly cared that we were happy with our stay. And Maryellen Sheehan, the property manager, was amazing. House was clean and had what we needed to cook. We used the gas grill also. We used the outside showered everyday when coming back from beach as to keep the sand outside. Location was great for quick trips to the boardwalk and beach. And the old Movie theatre which recently was completely renovated is 30 steps away which made for a good evening with the kiddos. I would recommend this vacation rental.We had one hiccup when we first got to our beach home for the week. But within 30 minutes the owner and management were there to help and addressed all our concerns. The owner was so friendly and truly cared that we were happy with our stay. And Maryellen Sheehan, the property manager, was amazing. House was clean and had what we needed to cook. We used the gas grill also. We used the outside showered everyday when coming back from beach as to keep the sand outside. Location was great for quick trips to the boardwalk and beach. "Great for large groups. We rented both units for MDW and had a fantastic time. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The house was extremely clean and so close to the boardwalk. We liked that the sleeping quarters were on a separate floor from the living room and kitchen area. The deck was a great area just to relax and drink a cup of coffee while watching the Ferris wheel. All around a great house especially for large families with kids."

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. The kitchen was spacious which we loved as we like to cook. Having a propane grill was so great to have during the stay as well. The balcony was pleasurable and we could see the ocean from the balcony. Listening to the waves crashing at night was soothing to the soul. The highlight is the proximity to the beach. It was very close and walk was easy and as parents with kids we liked that convenience in getting to the beach quickly."

"Our family had a wonderful stay here. Highlights: impeccably clean, just a few minute walk (a block and a half) to the boardwalk, beach, and rides, beautiful interior and very comfortable beds, couches and chairs, plenty of kitchen cooking and dining space, elevator for bringing bags up and down, garage spot + room for 4 additional cars, wonderful outdoor shower for rinsing off. This place checked off every box for the perfect beach week for our family."

"This house is perfect for extended families to stay together. We had 2 families (4 adults, 5 kids/teens) plus Grandmom staying with us. The three en suite bedrooms ensured each set of adults had their own space/bathroom, plus two additional bedrooms for the kids to share. And the elevator was so helpful to not have to walk up two flights when bringing in suitcases or groceries. The house is spacious, clean and new. The kitchen is well stocked and has tons of prep space for multiple people to be making dinner or packing lunch to bring to the beach. The location can't be beat, just a short walk to the heart of the boardwalk and beach. Our teen/tween kids were able to walk to the boardwalk on their own allowing the adults to relax on the balcony. And speaking of the balcony, there is plenty of space out there too, with a full table, high top table and a comfy couch. We would definitely book this house again on a future visit!"

"This beach house was awesome, it was beautiful, clean, spacious, fully stocked, fantastic location and communication with the realtor was great. We loved everything about this beach house. It was beautiful, clean and very spacious for my large family. We loved the location, so close to the beach. Since we have a large family we cooked every night and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Actually, the whole house was fully stocked with whatever we needed. The garage was so spacious and perfect for all our bikes and beach stuff. We all had a great time at your house."
