Our huge family has vacationed in Ocean City NJ for over 20 year and now that we have grown with marriages and grands during that period we needed more space. In our new summer home we found so much more than a larger space. It was warm, spacious, modern, relaxing, comfortable, near the boardwalk, shops, with escape areas to just chill. We all...5 months to 17 to 68 in age thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Already planning for 2020!!!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this house. We had family members coming and going over the course of a few nights, but at the most, we were 15 adults and 2 children, and the house accommodated us comfortably. We had a very rainy stay, and the house was large enough that we could all hang out inside and be together without feeling like we were on top of each other. Maryellen was wonderful to work with and was very responsive when I had questions, even offering us a late checkout when I asked. I would love to rent from her again!

Fun time was had by all. We will remember this year’s vacation for many years to come.

This house is beautiful and well equipped with everything you need! The living, dining, kitchen area is open and feels spacious for a larger group. The bedrooms, minus the master, feel a bit tight. But not a reason not to stay here. My only suggestion for improvement, would be to add more hooks in the bathrooms and bedrooms to hang towels. Our family, a crew of 13 had a wonderful week here! Maryellen was lovely and quick to respond to all questions!

I have been renting in Ocean City every summer for 8 years all but one year and this one was the best yet! I have 5 grown children, their partners and 3 grandchildren, plenty of room, everyone had their own bedroom, the elevator was awesome for moving in and out. It is in the heart of O.C.

Everything here is as advertised. Location couldnt be more perfect as you are 2 blocks from the heart of the boardwalk one way and two blocks the other way to the shops on Asbury. We had 14 people and fit very comfortably. Clean and well maintained. We would definitely rent this again.

We had a great weekend at this property. The house accommodated everyone. It was super clean and the property looked just like the pictures. Maryellen was a pleasure to work with and she responded promptly to all my questions and concerns. I will definitely recommend this property to anyone if you want to visit the ocean city area.

We booked this rental in lieu of the downtown Atlantic City hotel option for a wedding and let's just say the Bride & Groom were jealous! As we were a group of young adult couples, it was important for us to find a space that had a large common area, as well as enough private rooms. Among the many perks of the rental, the massive open floor plan between the kitchen and living room, 4+ bathrooms and large porch were excellent. AS other renters have mentioned, Maryellen was incredibly responsive and accommodating.

Beautiful large kitchen/dining/family room surrounded by windows looking out onto the ocean. Lovely covered porch with nice outdoor furniture allowing for meals outside. Beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys provided. Generous parking area. Second fridge provided in laundry area which is great for extra drinks and food. Ceiling fans in almost every room in addition to lovely central air throughout. Nice quiet surroundings. Our family of nine had a wonderful week staying there!

Our family had two favorite gathering places- the awesome front porch and the large dining room table. We had perfect weather which added so much to our stay. This is a large home and we truly enjoyed our stay.

We brought 8 adults and 6 children for a week. Great location to the beach, the outdoor porch on the boardwalk (where we spent most of our time) was covered and spacious with water views and sounds, 2 fridges, plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The upstairs neighbors were only there on the weekend. Parking for 4 cars. Great place if you have the extra $ and want to splurge for ocean views. Maryellen the owner and John the property manager responded instantly to anything we asked. Recommended.

This home is absolutely gorgeous and the view can’t be beat. It could not have worked out better for our family reunion. The extra-large dining room table and island provided ample seating for everyone. The kitchen is well equipped and the extra fridge was appreciated. All of the beds were comfy; the master is HUGE. The house was perfect as was the location. Located at a quiet section of the boardwalk and beach but only a 10 minute walk on the boards or beach to get to all of the activity.

This house is absolutely terrific for a variety of reasons. We were four couples and were able to spend a week together without being on top of each other. The location can't be beat and the house has plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, and umbrellas. Everything is in working condition and we had no issues at all. The owner of the property is wonderful. We would definitely rent this home again.

This beach house is so lovely and beautiful. The house is incredibly clean and spacious. Mary Ellen was a joy to work with and quick communicator each time I had a question. The house is even nicer in person- the pictures don’t do it justice. The beds are comfortable and the beach view is amazing. We spent most of our time on the spacious deck overlooking the ocean.

This home was very nice. Plenty of room for a large family. We were there in January to celebrate a birthday. The room on the lower level for all the kids. We loved this house.

Rented the house for Thanksgiving. The weather was cold and windy but the house was very comfortable. Very roomy and better than the pictures. The morning view is priceless. We cold see dolphins jumping up in the water. My grandchildren were thrilled. The location is perfect. Great Thanksgiving Holiday!!

Great location, clean, spacious property

We needed a place to stay as we were in ocean city for a wedding. The place is beautiful and very comfortable. I had a question and emailed Maryellen. She answered me almost immediately. Wonderful place we will be staying here again!

We had a great time at this property. It worked well for our multi-gen family with two masters and lots of space for kiddos. The location—right off the end of the boardwalk—was perfect for quick beach access and walking/running. Would definitely book again and highly recommend.

This is our third year staying in Ocean City for Labor Day weekend. Our home was just perfect and by far, our favorite place to stay. Such a great location. We loved sitting outside on any one of the three decks. The inside of the home was immaculate and the layout was perfect. The bedrooms were very spacious and it was great having TV's in all of the rooms. The kitchen was wonderful to prepare meals in. We also loved the fact that beach tags were provided as well as plenty of beach chairs. The garage was very large for us to be able to park two cars inside (back-to-back). All in all, it was a such a wonderful weekend and you can't beat the location.....just steps to the beach. Would definitely stay in this home again. Thank you Mary Ellen for being a great host with such an amazing home!!

We had the best time at this rental. The space is enormous with enough sleeping options for four families with children of all ages. The decorations and furnishings were very nice and sturdy, much higher quality than typical rentals. And Maryellen is extremely lovely to work with! She is responsive, helpful and made the whole stay from booking to departure fabulous. The house was so wonderful we barely wanted to go to the beach, but when we did, it was so close and there were tons of beach chairs, wheelbarrows to carry beach goods, etc. We look forward to returning to this fabulous rental.

We had a thanksgiving family reunion. We rented both upstairs and downstairs and couldn’t have been happier. Excellent property and Maryellen was very helpful. Will rent again in the future.

Our Group of 12 Business Professionals and friends were looking for the best house possible to accommodate us. Not easy to find an upscale 12 bedroom house located near many of the Atlantic City golf courses, casinos and restaurants...But we found it with 1012/ 1014 Wesley. Loved Ocean City, NJ The owner Mary Ellen was absolutely great to work with, professional , responsive and accommodating . Everyone of us enjoyed the house which is nicely appointed and very comfortable. Highly recommend ......

We had a wonderful time in Ocean City. The house was charming and comfortable for two families, and immaculately clean. The location of the house is perfect. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet and the house is so close to the beach. We loved being an easy bike ride to the boardwalk also. We hope we can come back and stay here again next summer.

We were fortunate to find this historic gem available for a long weekend to celebrate my mom's 75th birthday. The house is a classic beach home in the most prestigious neighborhood in OC. The location is perfect - quiet, accessible, and just a short walk to the beach. The house was super clean with just the right touches of modern amenities while still preserving its historic charm. The kitchen was fantastic, the bedrooms were comfortable, and there are plenty of quiet areas throughout the house and property to relax in seclusion. Maryellen, our agent, was fanstatic! She was extremely friendly and helpful during the booking and checkin processes and very responsive. We will definitely look to book this property again in the future!

Had a great girls week in the Gardens! The house was so comfortable and was steps away from the beach.

Plenty of space and huge backyard to entertain. Porches and decks are covered by awnings which provide additional areas to relax. Unbelievable location to 2 great Garden beaches. Very convenient and easy to go back to the house. Highly recommend this property and gardens location!!

House was brand new and we certainly got many great decorating ideas. We felt at home and would highly recommend this property if you are looking to have a great vacation in Ocean City. Wonderful memories!

BETTER THAN A 5* HOTEL! GREAT LOCATION! LOOKING FORWARD TO MANY MORE VISITS!

You cannot get a better location in Ocean City! The unit walks out onto the beautiful, clean, lifeguarded and not over-crowded beach. Just four blocks from the start of the boardwalk which means super convenient for bike rides and walks but avoiding the heavy boardwalk traffic. The porch was our favorite spot to hang out and listen to the waves and watch the thunderstorm. You can’t see the ocean because of the dunes, but it was amazing anyway. Owner was responsive and helpful. Wonderful week!!

We loved the easy access to the beach and quiet section of OCNJ, yet the boardwalk was only a few short blocks away. My senior citizen parents could easily walk on and off the beach through the short path through the dunes behind the condo. Also, my husband and I could bike ride the boardwalk every morning. This was our first stay in Ocean City and we just loved this beach town that was so clean, quaint and biker/pedestrian friendly! It was a wonderful family vacation.

We’ve rented two years in a row now because this property is amazing! Plenty of room for the 6 adults and 3 kids in my family. The house is clean with all the the essentials including AC, washer/dryer and WiFi! There is also plenty of parking!! Location is ideal for getting to the beach with small children (mine are ages 5 and 3). Badges are included for the beach as well as some chairs and umbrella!

Our family spent hours day and night on the beach just over the grassy dunes. We loved the safe, guarded, uncrowded beaches and beautiful, pristine Gold Coast neighborhood. Close to playgrounds, the boardwalk, local restaurants, the grocery store, and the shell museum, but far enough away to feel like a private beach. We enjoyed road biking, golfing, and jogging in the area. Watching the sunrise each morning and watching the moon shine on the water from the front porch, the dunes or the beach, was a photographer’s dream. Inside, we spent time in the opened common area of the dining and living room, plenty of room for 8 adults and 2 grandchildren, age 1 and 3. The kitchen was well stocked , and 4 rooms and 3 bathrooms were perfect. The owner is terrific, answers questions, makes suggestions. Great find for an amazing week!
